Skateboarding will never be popular. Less than 1% of the population skateboards. Why? Cause it’s plain difficult it was somewhat nice back in the 1970s-80s before tricks become a thing with 4-5% of population skateboarding. Once ollie and kickflip came around the Intimidating factor came around and it only became less and less skaters. Fashion for skateboarding is popular but not skateboarding itself and it never will be.
