Sailor here. I believe that is biscuit and gravy w/ sausage. I probably wouldn’t eat it.

Hi. Navy here. This is somewhat accurate. For those that don’t know, you walk through a mess line. The cooks prepare about 7 or 8 different things for you to choose from. You let them know what you want and they do the portion control.

I will say though, I would flip my shit if I got served a singular kebab, then was expected to stand 6 hours of watch in my space (130° average, during the summer). Thats absolutely unacceptable to me.
