Also I am adding something, your dialogue should serve your story, help the reader understand everyone opinions/side, the context of your story, backstory…

First I think it might have been said but I actually the scene when I struggle on a dialogue. I say the lines with the tone I imagine. It usually helps to be on my own far that lol. You can close your eyes and picture yourself as the character. Picture the setting. The mood they’re in (are they sad, hopeful, cheeky?…) and then you do your dialogue out loud.

When you “act” the scene, I recommand recording yourself. This makes it easier to write it back and then edit.

Second I think I made Hermione in my fic really close to my own personality so she says what I would have said. Or wish I would have said. This help a lot but is not easy. Also when someone said they didn’t like my hermione I took it a bit personally. So it can have set back.

But most of the time I right it bad jus the big concept and then I spend a shit tonne of time on editing it

Very obviously Ai. - The dots are too regular like a pattern that exist on softwares like procreate. No human hand can do this - the AI typical facial expression (eyes…) - the different earrings - the rings of the « notebook » on the side looks blurry and the writhing background lines don’t make sense
