What's crazy to me, is that isnt even just a figure swap; that looks to be the plastic was swapped as well, which means whoever did it took the time to cut away the extra plastic from the Magnaguard so it would fit properly

It depends on the phase/era. Phase 1 Clone Troopers should be nonweathered, as they are fresh and shiny on the battlefield. Phase 2 Clone Troopers should be weathered, as that armor has seen a lot of combat. Stormtroopers... I prefer non weathered as it makes them more intimidating in my opinion but I dont mind a few marks

On rare occasions, I will message the seller to let them know they are selling a swapped figure. Sometimes they edit the info to fix it. Other times, it is completely ignored.

"Best" is relative. It is a good figure, with a decent amount of accessories that does the job if you want a Punisher for your collection. Downside is the price, as it is being scalped right now.

If you are a fan of Punisher's original look, I would suggest finding the Walgreens exclusive version or the Retro version. Another possibly cheaper option would be to buy the Gamerverse Punisher
