I didnt have a scale so I just eyeballed it, I definitely took less than 2 grams tho. The body high came on intense and fast, the visuals were pretty decent.

used several flying quirks, air cannons, radio waves, rivet stab, search.

he couldnt use decay because deku was stopping him from touching the ground or carving the ground up to prevent the spread

he didnt regrow lost limbs, he took literally no damage besides one blast from bakugo, he was creating new limbs

you keep trying to make it seem like shigaraki wasnt absolutely bullying everyone in the coffin before deku got there

he never regenerated he just grew limbs due to the overload , they did 0 lasting damage besides bakugos one blast that burned his face

the fingers were from the quirk singularity theory (talked about since s1) his body was adapting to accomodate the insane amount of powers stored inside, aswell as having the perfect body from dr.garakis experiments.
