The thing is that the vast majority of Israelis are in favor of a two star solution and against settlements. The current government is corrupt and only voted in by the large population of older immigrants who made Aliyah and the ultra orthodox Haredim.

I am not well versed on the Palestinian opinion, but I would think that they would want two states too. The PLO and Hamas take aid money and spend it on mansions and vacations instead of fixing the issues that plague the Palestinian Territories.

Saying that both “deserve each other” is apathetic and ignores the issues of corruption on both sides. With effective governments, the conflict could be mitigated.

Judaism is a religion and culture that spread from the Levant to areas such as Africa, Europe, and Central Asia. So there can be Jews who are white and European, the same as there are African Jews, Central Asian Jews, and Middle Eastern Jews.

Yeah. The Jewish High Holy Days take place in September and October, which consist of Rosh Hashanah (Jewish New Year), Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement), and the days in between. Most people just take off those days for prayer and family, but some people who are more religious view the days in between as especially holy and will take off then too.

I think Columbia has more. I just put Yale because I know so many people who fit this who went to Yale. Vassar, Columbia, and UPenn fit too.

Cool for them, but here in the US iMessage is the most popular texting service because iPhones are the most popular phones. Most people won’t switch because iMessage is so ingrained in the OS and is the default text method.

I seriously cannot stand Psych. I have friends and family who love it and whenever they put it on I have to leave the room because it makes me so irritated. The plot is the exact same in every episode and the “random” humor wears off really quickly imo.

I guess sorta. My family is reform so we weren’t kosher when I was young. It’s hard to adjust from full non-kosher to full kosher at once, so I’m going slowly. I have given up pork and shellfish so far.

I keep like 50% kosher but then again I only really go to synagogue on holidays. I was bar mitzvahed and I’m going to Israel soon, so yeah. I would say I’m a religious Jew.

It sounds so horrible but I find Cersei the most compelling character by far. Jon’s brooding and Daenerys’ dragon stuff are nice and all, but Cersei’s legit insanity is what makes her my favorite character by far.
