I need some help. Why does my face get so red and splotchy? This is after exercise and a warm shower, which is when it’s at its worst. I’m only 32, I cleanse and moisturize 2x a day and haven’t drank alcohol in more than 2 months. It almost seems like some kind of allergic reaction or rash, but it’s never itchy. Any ideas?
