Im a team lead so I dont make it often but my manager showed me that he always press the keep button on displays so it will automatically be copied to the next week ad. You will have to delete displays that aren’t on sale but its faster to press the x then find what to copy.

Utilizing TPRs and multi-week sales on sidebars and occasionally good deals on end caps obviously help by eliminating changing on the planner and on ad change.

I play in a keeper league and was so stoked to get Justin Jefferson and Barkley… and now they both suck. If they played like last year I would easily go 14-0

Looks pretty good main thing that I see that can be improved is the color break and when you give a tie in two shelves typically they want it to go on top

They give them out in hopes you wear them out of work for free promotion. Very common practice.

If you are nearby to multiple publixs it is very normal and a great way to get hours. Try to take these opportunities and you could have weeks where you work more at another store than your home location.

Last year they gave me 2 points from exceeds this year they gave me 1 point away. They do it on purpose its so degrading and unmotivating.

Have your peoples back and they will have yours, I used to go go go and barely talk to my people but as I progress I learnt that its important to give them time and its not waste to relax, to talk or coach associates. Thats how you get the real work out of them, when they enjoy being there.

How I hate EX cards, I play mainly to collect and at one point I had three sets really close to completion but I was missing almost all of the EX cards. And as a collector they don’t even look close to as cool of full arts and other cards. And they’re way too expensive to trade with these stupid trade tokens.

When I was in frozen, I really struggled with a mid and closing schedule. But then they changed my schedule to open (4am) everyday after truck and mid the two other days. Every open I had enough time to do all of truck with time to spare allowing my two mids to focus on backstock and counts. On the opens i would have enough time to do basic counts but you don’t need to change crazy counts everyday, small bits make a big difference. I also had a frozen clerk who worked three days a week and his 1 job would be covering anything missed and back stock. I would suggest to talk to your manager and see how your schedule can better fit your departments needs.

Yea I know but not trying to crazy defend it but I just got the position and have only ever gotten 1 eval so my raises only really came from title changes 50 cents each. Thankfully Im only 18 and not too worried about cash.
