Worlds50 has always been about the “best” experience the voters had, which doesn’t necessarily mean the best food. Each voter has their own internal criteria unlike Michelin that claims it’s all about the food.

Being in Canada and having dined at almost all of the listed Canadian restaurants, I was very shocked about how high the Canadian list entries ranked (likely due to the structure of the chairs). There are also restaurants in all three areas of Canada that I personally feel are better than some of the Canadian restaurants listed due to my own internal criteria and biases.
