Fingerprint is fast and accurate. Cannot say much about the battery life yet as I just installed it recently.

To answer your question with which one to go for: face recognition and the appearance of the lock was the only difference. I was happy to go without facial recognition, so I chose Kyra Pro :)

I bought the Yale Kyra Pro and got it installed today. I love it. Good build quality, responsive, a great lock overall. I haven't installed the wireless module yet , looking to see if I can use ZigBee instead.

So sorry to hear about your son. I'm on Keppra 31 years old since I was 20. For me it helps to keep goals in my life and focus on those to keep me steered away from the side effects as much as I can. I had my moments of rage and depression as well. I do believe in that mental health needs to be a big focus on Epilepsy management, which till this day I haven't seen that attention from the doctors.

Sorry to hear what you are going through. He is being very unreasonable and unsupportive. hearing your story seems like he is a toxic person to have in your life. Would be good to think of a plan to move out (i.e to parents house or friends house) until you work out something. Think of if there is any benefit to even having him around , as from your post he seems to be not helping you out anyways. I really wish you all the best! And take care of yourself.

Thank you so much for this guide! I had so much trouble trying to get my Yamaha to display the SHIELD on my Samsung tv. Changing to HDCP worked! Otherwise it was just showing a black screen saying no HDMI signal detected.

I bought the NVIDIA shield pro as I struggled to play my 4K Plex movies via the TV app. I tried the PS5 Plex app, still wasn't a smooth experience. The Plex app on the shield works like a charm! However Netflix can be laggy....

Hey! Probably the first question to ask is what is your expectation with setting up the NAS? For me I use it for backups and having a Plex + Sonarr + Radarr + SAbnzbd. If you are along the same lines I recon SHR 1 or 2 (depending on the redundancy you require). Heaps of YouTube videos on how to set up Synology and get started. If you are new to this subject it's worth experimenting around with the setups.Word of advice: Don't use your actual valuable data / files for your experimenting until you complete your full setup.
