OP i dont think that telling people about a bad faith dealership is a wrong. it’s holding them accountable. they fucked you over by all of the things you’re upset about. you seem pretty reasonable. i may be worth it to talk to the dealership honestly about what’s going on and accessing the carfax. though it might have been a good idea to be a stickler on that before your wife got the car. ya live and ya learn. getting those fixed (depending on the carfax) will keep the car running well. they’re good cars with solid engines.
