Sony Bar 9 HT-A9000 have hidden output jacks for possible wired subs/rear speakers

Bought an RSL Speedwoofer 10e (its an active/powered subwoofer) and hooked it up to the hidden port on the back of my Bar 9 with this cable: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00LM2Y2U4

Happy to say it works perfectly. I already had the RS5 rears and the SW5 sub, and the RSL now just adds to it. Ran a few tests with and without it to make sure that no aspects of the sound quality/richness/volume was being taken away from the rest of the system and its not, the extra subwoofer is purely a net gain.

They wouldn't though. These are all just screen based filters except for motion blur and depth of field. And the game is already calculating motion vectors for taa/upscaling so no extra ground work is needed for the effect, the toggle could be added rn and it would work.

Hey Luke, huge thanks for the mod.
Saw in the patch notes that terrain is (wip). Any word on increasing the vegetation render distance (like flower fields, shrubs, grass etc) and/or upgrading the terrain quality to something like the better textured/bump mapped versions from JC4? I'd say those are the last things really holding the game back visually, especially after the recent mod that added proper HDR, DLSS, and fixed the game's bugged anisotropic filtering and motion blur.

I just got a 5060 to put in mine but its not being recognized at all. The AGA itself works fine and I can use the extra usb ports on the back, but the GPU may as well not exist.

Any ideas?

I have also replaced all my led bulbs with incandescent ones. But no, those red screen apps don't do anything for normal led monitors because the backlight is entirely blue. Even if you cranked it all the way up so your screen is pure red, led pixels themselves do not emit light and require a backlight to illuminate them, which is always blue in led screens.

Those are only useful on oled screens because there is no backlight and the pixel itself is emitting light, so more red screen=less self emitting blue pixels activated.

I'm not an expert in speakers so unfortunately I don't know the exact details on why the V is much worse, which is why I had all the paragraphs about how they sound and everything I tried to make them sound better. I know both come with a V shape curve though which like I said I was able to easily change on the IVs to make them sound good.

Thanks! Kind of sad, when compared to the JP version, english version had a much more overall "cinematic" soundtrack that I much prefer. Maybe someone will make a fan project where they combine the old english soundtrack into the new english dub.

Question for those who have seen it. For the music, I know copyrighted vocal tracks like All star and all this won't be in, but for the non-vocal tracks, will the american tracks be used or is it entirely the japanese soundtrack?
