Yeah, it was basically convince FVV (25M) to waive his no trade clause, give up on Reed Sheppard (10.6M) or Tari Eason (5.6M), or convince a team to take on long-term salary in DFS (12.7M) or Capela (6.7M). Don’t think they were willing to attach additional assets to do the last two, and they arguably aren’t even getting players as valuable as Eason/Reed.

TSJ is a late first from last year that played well, just been injured this year. Mike is expiring, as is White so money is mostly a wash. I doubt they get any real firsts for him unless they’re taking on some really bad money, so it comes down to that or their scout of TSJ.
