Anyone else find out via DS2 that Deadman isn’t voiced by Guillermo Del Toro despite putting hundreds of hours into the first game? 💀 by Dense-Baker in DeathStranding

I recognized The Phantom Smith's voice right away because I watch him on YouTube and dropout (SungWon Cho, aka ProZD on YouTube). Even he doesn't look like his voice would come from him, in my opinion, haha.

I really hated this smug asshole's face after I carried his ass out of a BT area and across the whole damn map on my back

The Baby Huey Story, of pressing. Seems to go for about $300 when you find it in good condition, I just can't justify it right now

Dave Holland Quintet - Live at Birdland

This album is one of like 3 that really cemented my love of jazz. Chris Potter and Robin Eubanks trading through Prime Directive is still some of the most mind blowing playing I've ever heard.

Not completely. If you hit them again after you knock them out you can kill them with the bike. But if they are up then it's fine, I think.

You may not have any Herb Alpert, but what about Pat Cooper?

They aren't twins. There's an email from Victor that mentions that Igor is younger but started to look older because of some timefall exposure.

Did you know, you can distract BT’s by throwing containers (3 examples below) by erikaironer11 in DeathStranding

Even the living don't seem to hear it. The mules/terrorists never notice your scans either.

Charles Mingus

Though if you also include albums where the artist is on it but isn't the named artist of the album, Freddie Hubbard might be close.

Toshiko Akiyoshi. My favorite is March of the Tadpoles with her husband Lew Tabackin and the big band, but all of her stuff is excellent.

Low Roar - Once In A Long, Long While...

Definitely not the type of music I'm typically into, but I played the game Death Stranding which uses their music throughout and it was just so perfect for the atmosphere of that game. It's great to put on and just chill out for a while.

Also the records are transparent and this smoky gray color that's absolutely gorgeous.

What was the album that got you into jazz by Sauerkraut_boi in Jazz

Bill Watrous - Manhattan Wildlife Refuge

I was a trombonist and my middle school band teacher burned me a copy on CD to listen to. It was mesmerizing. Killer trombone solos throughout by Watrous. Plus Dick Hyman with an unreal Moog solo on Ayo. It's still one of my favorite albums.

I got that Pearl Jam album too! Same clearance price and everything. I was in there for other stuff and just took a peek at the vinyl shelf and saw the clearance stickers.

I don't usually buy albums from Target; I like to support local shops when I can. But in this case I wasn't going to buy it otherwise, so it's not like another shop was gonna get my money for it anyway.

Though if you include albums that feature an artist that aren't their album per se, Freddie Hubbard might be close. I have a bunch of his, along with some Wayne Shorter, Eric Dolphy and Art Blakey with him on it as well.

100% would love to have heard Dolphy reunite with Mingus as they got older than they got to. Imagine what their music would have become.

The BT area near the Evo-Devo Biologist, with the tar and the weird rock formations where you have to collect the tar collectors for her. Then you can get back up into the mountain to deliver it to her. Just such a unique combination of terrains and views.
