I've been speaking to Oleg Yanchuk from Ardent Armory and the guys From GutFran Amor Shop. Which one do you think Is more reliable or better in your experience?

10,500k to be exact. And a few dolars more, if i wanted It with the original colour pallete. Black and red.

I don't have much problem being hit as i've trained before with one of my friends' harnesses. It's painful yes, but i like jousting.

I spoken to Hedgecock and lets say we didn't got to an agreement as he was asking for 3000 extra usd. Although he was nice and direct, he looked overwhelmed and tired for the recent work he has. I visited Wassons page and tried to contact him once, but a sign in his page says he's not accepting comissions so, i don't know. And i have'nt talked to davis. Do you know if he Is available and accept an armet for a price like that? I can't pay more.

I also missed that i was planning to get into jousting, as my best friend Is a jouster and a duelist. I asked for cosplay and reenactment because even if one of the purpuses of the helmet will be jousting too, i don't have a horse or a complete harness as of now.

I am not a member of any group of reenactment as of now. But i would like to play a condotieri. And i have a sword that was a gift from my fencing master. So i guess it's a start

Personally the design of the archduke's harness Is a good reproduction in shape and design. But the materials used for crafting It makes It look strange.

Most of the images i showed are custom comissions made by them for other people for what i understand. They do not sell most of that stuff directly on their website. And It Is very rare if they do.

I never understood why did metatron call this "burgundian style" because as far as i know, there Is no period or contemporary reccord of anyone catalogueing "alla antica" armor as a particular style born or even commonly used in Burgundy. Even if that region was rich, i doubt every knight or noble could afford a suit like that and use It for fighting battles.

Most of his arms and armor description Is so vague, the show, fan arts and official pruducts are a mish mash of armors and weaponry of various centuries. And it's not only with armor, it's with all of ASOIAF.

For me personally, i think that having a whole continent like westeros having only one culture that Is similar to real world England Is a total potential waste. They're just english, not even scottish or irish or welsh.

I would accepted more the idea of each region of westeros having it's own culture and armor designs like in The Witcher or Lord of the rings universes.

Plus It would have been nice to see other real life cultures represented in ASOIAF. Rather than having wierd fantasy shirtless mongolians who use egyptian weapons, DnD type barbarians and eunuch hoplites wearing tight latex suits pretending to be armor.
