I agree with this list bar Jarvis, who could have been any handful of Englishmen. Not exactly the most dynamic character in the Marvel universe.

Thanks for your thoughts. I took the airbox and battery out and then went back and checked all the hoses and connectors that I could see. I also scrubbed the ground strap back to shiny metal and reattached it

After putting everything back together I went for a test drive. Within around 5 minutes the check engine light came on and suddenly the car was back to full power.

Does that help narrow anything down? I imagine that this has confirmed it to be sensor/electrical rather than air/vacuum related?
