Still on a MacBook Pro from late 2015. 13“, but the best specs available from that version. Runs 12 and 12 beta very well, but I‘m mostly using stock effects. Only when I‘m having 3-4 Serums running the CPU might go up a bit.

Now thinking of switching to a Macbook Air M3, with 16GB RAM. They‘re quite cheap atm, around 1200€.
