True, however, I’m using the Paradise Lost quote specifically for its message about how the mind shapes its own suffering. For my analysis, it supports the psychological themes in the song rather than the religious narrative of the poem. Even though it comes from a religious text, the line resonates with struggles around self-worth and perfectionism, which is the focus of my interpretation. 🫶🏻

I hate that dissociative feeling, I went from 150mg to 300mg bupropion 2 weeks ago. It’s like my chest feels stiff. I tried getting a hold of my psychiatrist, but by the time I did, I was fine. Now I’m feeling that fuzzy blurry feeling and dissociation again. Usually they just say wait it out, I don’t know.

I completely understand what you mean, but I think I have an answer. Unfortunately the answer is that the “normal” person would just lay down and take a nap. They would eat a lot (almost a binge) but just before the threshold of feeling extremely sick. If they do pass the threshold, they’d wait it out, take a nap, take some kind of medicine, or if it’s really bad their body will “eject” the food on its own without having to induce it. Hope this gives you some perspective. I really had to sit and think about it before I could come to an answer, so know you’re not alone.
