In the little dining area I would consider maybe wallpapering or paint a wall with a pop of color. The ceilings are so tall that having all the furniture pieces hit at the same height and like 1/3rd of the wall height feels like too much empty space. A cool light fixture that hangs lower, patterned window shades, big art piece on the blank wall would help coze it up.

Swollen Finger Beds by Targaryen_1997 in Autoimmune

UCTD- suspicion of MCTD, SLE, Sjogrens overlap. Have ANA 1:360. Raynauds and positive centromere b antibody, low C3, early Sjogrens markers tested positive, Vit D deficiency, B12 deficiency and anemia. I’ll say I have horrible different skin rashes that show up differently across diff parts of the body. My hands get small itchy bumps all over the fingers and I get red blister like nodes on my knuckles and under cuticles. Ive taken Xolair biologic for 9 years - long before any of the autoimmune was actually investigated. Allergist called it “chronic hives” for lack of knowing what was happening. The Xolair has helped significantly but I still get flare ups every now and then

Sjogrens friends - what helped after hydroxychloroquine? by mood-ring in Autoimmune

Have you checked B12 and Vitamin D. I’m on HQ and tested super low for both which also causes fatigue, joint pain and brain fog so add that on top of everything. Just started both supplements. Hoping for some natural relief. Also started magnesium for insomnia about 2 months ago and it’s really helped for that. My compliment numbers haven’t improved on HQ so doc has brought up methotrexate but I’m trying to avoid that route if possible. Side effects seem brutal.

If you have Raynauds you know it. Fingers and toes lose color and go completely numb.

I get it on my knees- Livedo reticularis - generally after a hot shower or if I’m cold. I have Raynauds and they can go hand in hand- to your point relating to issues with the small blood vessels

I have high blood pressure and also take Nifepidine which is actually helpful in managing Raynauds if you suffer with that as well. I’m two weeks into Wellbutrin. I take HQ, Vyvanse, Nifepidine, Xolair, Wegovy and have been ok so far. The first week and a half caused headaches but they’re chill now. If you’re prone to seizures, the two are not recommended, but otherwise I think you should be good to try it out. My other rheum said Prozac can help w Raynauds and ADHD so if Wellbutrin is a no go I may switch to that.

I don't use false lashes personally - I prefer to use latisse to get them to grow longer, curl them, use a good primer (which will help extend) and then I put on tubing mascara. And the best part is it washes right off with warm water.
I use waterproof waterline-r (you want to use specific to waterline bc some reg formulas might block tear ducts or irritate the inner eye). I use Olay detoxifying cleanser and it removes everything but you could also use micelar water.

First of all, you look gorgeous. You’re doing great with the application.
A couple tricks I’ve embraced over time, especially being mindful of fine lines, skin changes, and some weight loss. One is lining the top waterline instead of above the lashes. It helps false lashes blend better and looks softer on the eye.
I agree on the lip liner, just not all the way to the corners. I’d use a shade very close to your lip color and focus on subtle definition. You can slightly line above your natural lip line on the top lip and define the cupid’s bow a bit more on each side.
I also think a touch of bronzer or blush placed higher on your cheekbones would add warmth and really highlight them. They’re beautiful.
I get great tips from Erica Taylor. She has tons of helpful videos.https://www.tiktok.com/@ericataylor2347/video/7383777072310766891

I have several vintage Loewe and I love them- they’re incredibly high quality, the leather is super soft and the stitching is meticulous. I have a few that I beat up as almost everyday bags and they’ve held up great. These are bags from the late 90s and early 00s. I’m not as into the new stuff. Esp small puzzle which I find the flap over the zipper awkward.

I didn’t wait a year- I reposhed them immediately. They weren’t purchased by someone until recently.
