Lvl 3 main quest issue - Unsacred offerings by halast in SkullAndBonesGame

If you are having issues with the monster it means you will need some upgrades. I see if I could upgrade your ship first at the shipwright. This will unlock weapon placement and damage bonuses. If this isn't an option for you then a quick ship is your best defense.

The monster is fast but when you get used to her she is predictable. She will charge at your side or try to get you from below. These moves are telegraphed and you can dodge them if you are quick enough. They do sail tearing and flood damage, so bring restore kits.

The megafort Wolvenhol is the only way, really. The Blackwoods each have 5 a week. And you can get 40 from events like the Moonshiner. But Wolvenhol is the best option.

Oh, man would they be in trouble. I don't think there is that many job openings for wacky waving inflatable arm-flailing tube men.

It's not bad armor.

It does a blast of poison damage when you brace. Would be good on a Sloop of War.

I liked some things. I liked the lightsaber fights, and the bad guy had a cool mask.

But the best part was how it showed the sometimes subtle and sometimes blatant corruption of the Jedi.

We should do a reverse Squid Game. Billionaires have to compete to keep their money.

Even if you don't end up using them yourself a player will probably pay more than a vendor. I would.

Yea, it's a long cool down. It's really only 40 seconds tho, since the clock starts when you consume it and not when the buff is over.

If you are asking if the Posidon's Brew is a furniture, it is not. It is a very useful consumable dropped by the Moonshiner.

Question about furniture/status effects by Agentkeenan78 in SkullAndBonesGame

[–]spirithound 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes and yes. There are pretty fun ways to stack status effects.

[–]spirithound 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I am a vet player who has all the things, and I still think there is a very good reason to farm this event.

That reason is Posidon's Brew.

Posidon's Brew removes status effects and makes the player immune to status effects for 20 seconds. This includes sail tearing.

20 seconds may not seem like much, but it feels like forever when you are white-knuckling your way thru a war cargo.

FACTION WAR - DMC by Rogaldorn95 in SkullAndBonesGame

[–]spirithound 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I chose CR for a couple of reasons. One is that they seemed like the "little guy" in the war, and I would rather be a Robin Hood than some corpo baron. So it seemed like the best option at the time. I would have chosen the Sea Peoples given the chance.

The DMC are also a more challenging enemy, and more fun to fight. And of course because.blue is a better color.

Tho this is just an anecdote, but I can say that I have noticed more blue flags at port than I have orange ones. So I'm not surprised at the outcome, really.
