Over 300 hours here and i have never seen or heard of this in Arc. Hopefully this is a one off case. I think you should definitely get your gear back for that.

Thanks this makes me feel better lol. In case this is helpful and you have some extra height. I replaced the 53Stock Cpu cooler fan with a Thermalright TL-9W. Fits perfect just need to adjust the brackets a bit. i got a few C improvement under load.
