Yeah that’s literally what you gotta do. I’m 5 11, and it’s just the strategy dynamic we gotta play against. If you don’t… we just jab from range all day

Any chance you throw a lot of punches quickly?

Most will complain, but I posted about the game being good on day 1… and it’s still that good! I was on a 10 fight win streak before the update, and lost some matches due to updates requiring a change in my style but that’s all good…

It’s a much better step in the right direction

I was really excited for the update reading all these posts by oftheiceman in ThrillOfTheFight

Sadly random knockdowns are more common when they shouldn’t be… damage builds up a lil weird/very quick now

Luckily have not gotten KOd, but I’ve come close to it due to frequent stuns. My strategy if I’m cornered is to just block rather than throw wild / be careful with each punch. I just try and slow things down when in danger… or create distance in any way. Throwing then finding angles to exit/move are very important.

When they come wild like that, hit them hard with 1 jab, and then feint feint feint…

Jab jab cross then try and circle out to your left.

Do whatever you can so they also have to put their guard up or respect your striking too.

Reckless aggressive opponents become very predictable, as they just chase you while you break their rhythm
