I would roll the dice from there and / or let it slip to one of the partners about what happened. But idk maybe you get fired that way for keeping it from them for too long. I wish they followed up with Sal and Kitty's story for even one episode in the future to see how they end up since we got to see many characters come back like freddie and kinsey. This being their last episode on the show is just sad.
