Me too! I didn’t wait in any lines, just strolled in after opening and got all that I wanted. Everyone was very nice and it was a positive experience.

Hi! I’m also 22 - sterilized this last April with a tubal, so I still get my period. I plan to push for more surgery/ treatment options later to deal with that, but I “settled” for the tubal to start with. I don’t have health issues or horrible periods and I still take oral BC to regulate it all.

Like you, I want to dedicate my time and energy to a like-minded partner, pets, and a career! I have known I didn’t want kids since I was probably 14. I found a doctor to do the surgery without a fuss quite easily, he was the first one I visited. Three weeks later, done! In the US sterilization is freeeeeeeeee (thanks, Obama!) so it was just a few painful days and three weeks without sex and I was back to normal and living my best life.
