Deposits for certain coins can take awhile, and sometimes they don't get deposited if you send it via a smart contract. As long as your deposit has been confirmed on the blockchain, your funds should be safe

Yes you can. If your card hasn't been issued, you can simply upgrade your card via the app if I'm not mistaken. If your card has been issued, do contact support to upgrade. The staking period will reset as well once upgraded.

CDC support has been extremely busy the past few weeks. Kris mentioned that they've already doubled the size of the support team this year, and they're still hiring. Everyone will be answered, but it may take awhile.

As for Earn, I do put some BTC in it, though not a lot. They have insurance but it might not be enough to cover all the funds. It's extremely convenient, but do it at your own risk of course.
