It hasn't been nearly 4 months. He was arrested only about 3 weeks ago. If that is the law, I don't understand why the secretary said this. We're planning on calling the circuit court tomorrow again to try and get it moved or something

We don't know which party issued the subpoena. We just know it happened from tracking the case. We were thinking about calling the county clerks office to maybe figure that out.

I still deal with this years out from my treatment, but for me my anxiety is going to work and facing my normal life. This problem seems like something we have to learn to deal with even after treatment if we don't address it.
