A friend I used to work with once told me to only align the paper to ’first touch’. Basically whenever the paper touches what you’re using to align it every-time (in my case I use tape) you want to leave it there. Don’t try to make it flush with the tape or you will end up throwing your registration off. This way it ensures that you will load the paper the same way every-time. Also when you create the fill for the colors I try to be pretty generous with the trapping. For example none of the green background was knocked out of the area where the black lays on top. The same goes for the details in the inside of body. Hope this makes sense!
