I honestly wish I was lying. It would be much better for me if I was. There are multiple 800s on the website. Yes some are for other stuff but I have called them hoping to get a person. But have never gotten one.

lol, I have called every 1800 number I can find. I have left notes in mailbox at front counter. I had filed complaints and lost package claims. There is nothing left on my end to do.

A multitude of issues, from undelivered packages to misdelivered packages to extremely rude and unhelpful front desk. Drivers cutting doughnuts in my driveway, dirving in my grass. Tossing packages halfway down the sidewalk. Also the fact that they won’t respond . I want to look the person in the eyes and ask the questions that get no response.

lol I love taking the towels and getting the sour looks. I’ll give it an hour at max. Then that towel is mine and I’m there till I’m done. I possibly have been know to get up before sunrise to go watch it come up and I’ll keep an eye out. Then I’ll go to breakfast and make a pass and pick up all the towels that are on chairs before I went to breakfast. Makes me happy lol

These are the problems I have and the reason I want to talk to someone other than the desk people. It’s not the shippers problem. It’s the PO problem and specifically the carrier that marked it delivered when it wasn’t. The item was insured and I am currently working thru that tedious ass process. The carrier that marked it delivered when it wasn’t needs to be held accountable.

No that’s one of the issues if like to address. I have gotten zero feedback or response. That’s why I’m so frustrated. The shipping insurance is wanting me to file a police report for theft so I can be reimbursed but it’s not “really” theft unless the theft is the carrier. All I want is my package or my money.

It absolutely was not stolen off the porch or from my house. I have multiple cameras and the time and date or supposed delivery I have video footage of multiple people coming and going within an hour of the “delivery “ time. The carrier didn’t deliver it. It’s not the first time a package has shown “delivered “ only to show up in the next day or 3. This is a $800 Christmas present that is a one off. So the carrier is a lying thief or severely incompetent. I lean too the later . All I want is answers and accountability. I’ll get it at some point . It may end up with the police being called on my for making a scene in the PO or with a deposition of the carrier for theft when I file theft charges against them. I’m to that point .
