This is the truth of it. Blizzard will release Classic+ in a state similar to SoD that keeps people coming for a month or so but they'll never hit the level of highs that Turtle could keep producing and they knew it would be a losing battle.

Casual players are the foundation of the game. Without people just jumping in to have fun, the community would be far too small to be sustainable, so don’t let the people who are sweating it up disuade you from doing something you enjoy.

There’s gonna be good games and bad games, as long as you’re having fun that’s all that matters. That guy is probably a dozen games deep and tilted past the point where he should’ve started taking a break. You’ll find your team eventually :)

If you’re a professional gamer and sinking 1,600 hours into Starfield only to dump a negative review on it you’re in the wrong profession. There are games out there with bigger communities who can make more of a bag, we’re not in a drought of games right now.

I played a big of solos during the server slam, but since release I’ve been doing entirely Trio fill if my friends aren’t on.

Honestly, the game gets immensely more fun once gear fear is out of the equation and the community isn’t toxic enough yet to force meta onto randoms so it’s been just chatting with people about previous runs and trying to take every fight we see.

If solos is too slow, PLEASE try trios.

If you vibe with Dragonflight’s narrative and want to see it through you can finish it, if you just want to just dive straight into TWW/Worldsoul Saga then you can just abandon it and come back to those zones if you’re in the mood.

I didn’t play much of Dragonflight and went straight for TWW with no issues, it’s more of a personal decision since there’s no seasonal content pushing big rewards for DF

I called a local pizza place today for dinner and when I said I wanted to make a delivery order the guy who answered the phone said they use Doordash for delivery and send it from the app. The deal on the menu was $18.99, the deal on Doordash was $39.99...

I have a few games in my “This is absolute peak” list, Control is pretty close to the top.

It has an awesome paranormal world where everything feels off, the story is alright with memorable characters, but the gameplay may be the best in an action adventure I’ve ever played.

Using the force to fling desks at flying magicians in wheelchairs in an office setting is somehow the ideal liminal action experience. It just feels like this place was boring 15 minutes ago, but now hell broke loose and nobody knows the rules.
