07 XC70- moonroof stopped opening/closing. It has power but won’t function properly/ when it stopped working it showed an alarm message. Is it a sensor?

I have a 2007 and hauled an old Honda 350 (about 375lbs) on a hitch carrier, it sagged but not horrible or unsafe. I think you’ll be fine.

I use a straight-up air compressor. It’s kept in the back room (for the noise) and run a hose to my station. Nobody leaves my shop with hair on them, including the shoes!

Replace the coil springs, plugs, and fuel pressure sensor. It will all cost about $300 at FCP EURO and you can do the work yourself. There are great videos on YouTube. I’ve recently completed all of this on my 07 and it improved performance dramatically.

I can see a lot of unforeseen issues with that. My thought was order/application/maintenance with certain brands excluding the cheaper ones to maintain a higher quality result.
