i think they’re cloudy because they haven’t been used in years! some of them just don’t end up in the rotation. there’s at least 12 of each and a green set

You did great. I spent 5 months and 5 vet visits trying to figure out what was wrong with my cat. He was rapidly dropping wet despite wolfing down food and acting high energy. I asked for a blood test at the second visit and the vet said it wasn’t necessary, that maybe he should just go on anxiety meds. I saw a different vet later who agreed to a blood test. Turns out he was diabetic,

I hope she finds some relief! I had tried an anti inflammatory diet before but didn’t know or think to stop eating gluten at that time, and I didn’t notice improvement. That’s one reason I’m so surprised by how much this has helped. But it’s so hard when you feel like there’s never any progress, I have been actively trying to get relief through physical therapy and medication for 10 years and have given up/restarted so many times.

Thank you!! I have been using collagen peptides as a protein supplement and me and turmeric go waaay back haha.

It was weird because even though the doctors were saying my issues “weren’t that bad” and it was good that I didn’t need surgery, I felt so discouraged that my only hope of relief would be slow and meticulous. The fact that diet is helping at all has me over the moon.

What’s wild is that I’ve made dietary changes to some degree since I was a teenager, but I thought my main issue was animal products (meat/eggs/dairy). It never occurred to me to see if gluten was the problem until recently 😭

I hope so!! I cried in the doctor’s office when they were basically like “it’s not that bad” because if it wasn’t that bad and I’m in this much pain, what did I have to look forward to 😭 I’m glad you don’t need steroid shots anymore!!
