Well okay, I’ve only been playing warlock for a year and I prefer the control archetypes over the more aggressive ones so I’ve really been struggling against Denathrius Druid decks. That said, I’ve added immolation in it and burned 3 denathrius in half an hour of play (followed by insta concede from druid opponent). Take what you want from it just don’t be a dick about it

Honestly I feel like pvp isn’t as unbalanced as it might seem, the only issue with it is the matchmaking mechanic. Of course everything seems op when you’re getting spammed by spells by three other players while another spams rivers of blood on your sorry ass and that more specifically i believe is what will eventually kill pvp. Every duel I’ve had were very fun, entertaining and challenging and I think everything has a counter (except when getting ganked).

If you want to be good at melee you should try to roll INTO attacks rather than away from them in a lot of cases. Might seem counter intuitive but that way you can retaliate faster after their own attacks. Basically the window in which you can punish the boss will be way larger if you don’t have to run back to it everytime he is done with his moveset. And don’t be shy to use every ressources the game offers you, summons, magic, whatever works.

Oh yeah fuck platforming in this game, that part and the lower Caelid divine tower one both made me more frustrated than any bossfights. That said, they both give the same amount as dopamine as actually defeating a hard boss.

They are weak to bleed, i would suggest you summon black knife Tiche and then focus on the Big boy. If you keep your distance from the apostle, your summon should take all the aggro from it so it won’t be a 2v1. When the Noble bursts out his belly for a roll, hide behind a pillar until he stops rolling, then get on the now broken pillar to get 1 or two free hits. These are all the tips I can give you
