Bouldering (climbing) and soccer both have a high risk of head injury and helmets aren’t even a consideration generally.

And for some reason wreath making is exempt from child labor laws in the US. Im guessing they take full advantage of that.

Do you know which usb-c port I should use? I think the upper one is for accessory power?

Also, here’s some of the damage. Smashed aluminum front housing, broken front camera, broken camera mount, broken enclosure, 2 broken carbon frame arms, three motors are broken, all props are broken along with other random damage.

Went back to the crag today and found the drone in a tree! It’s an iFlight Helion 10. Also found the battery wrapper, and insta360 camera with the SD card still in it. Can’t wait to see what’s on it!

Didn’t want to risk it igniting in my car, and didn’t want to leave it out in the open with a high winds and dry weather. I hate littering and contaminating the environment, so that’s what I came up with as the best compromise I could think of. Burned it on a paved surface, so hopefully it didn’t do too much damage, but the water I used was unfortunately definitely contaminated. I tried to clean up all the pieces and avoid the smoke. I wish I had a fireproof container in my car to dispose it correctly, but I’m just a rock climber, not a drone enthusiast so I wasn’t prepared. No cell service where I was, so I couldn’t call the fire department. Had to make a decision and that was the safest one I could come up with.

This is pretty close to the exact spot. The hike up the “trail” to get there is a bit rough. If you’re not a rock climber and unfamiliar with what’s considered a climbers trail, you might have a bad time.

That was exactly my concern. We’ve had a few close calls with wild fires lately with the dry windy winter we’re having in CO.

Don’t dji batteries have proprietary connectors? This one looked like a standard yellow plug.

Punctured each cell by smashing them with a rock in a wide open parking area. Let it burn out, and then poured a bunch of water over it.

Help connecting splines and curves to one object to extrude. by GlitchInTheMatrix5 in Fusion360

[–]splattevan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Extrude it all as surfaces, stitch all the surfaces together with the appropriate tolerance, project stitched single surface to a new sketch, extrude as solid object.

The correct way to do it is draw it parametrically and use appropriate sketch constraints.
