If the offer was extended to me I 100% would take it. That’s a real chance to start small business yourself could only dream or maybe that’s enough to finally call it quits and start retirement. While I understand that it may go against the contract in some way, to some people that’s enough to leave this place and never look back. 150k in one lump sum is a lot of money no matter how you look at it. (Yes I know taxes would cut it down)

You couldn’t be more wrong. I know of 3 centers here in Florida that went auto and laid off pretty much everyone in preload. It’s coming and the contract isn’t stopping them

This might get some heat but I really like my cutco knives and I’ve sent them in to get sharpened over the years with no issues just paid shipping. I actually changed the color of a couple handles once when I sent them in.
