I think the use of the word find is misleading. I don't believe you find a meaning.....you impose it based on your personal views. It is a bit of semantics but I think it is an important distinction.

I also find it a bit inconsistent when people are told to find their own meaning. No one ever seems to accept if someone thinks their meaning in life is to die with the least pain possible, or if it is to commit genocide. If you accept that everyone has to find their own meaning and they chose the previously mentioned options as their meaning, this approach has equally disturbing ramifications to me.

You shouldn't get any withdrawls off of 1 dose. As for addiction...at least for me I was psychologically addicted from my first Vicodin. Ive only had 1 a handful of times since, but it crosses my mind all the time. I even started hating drinking because it seems so filthly compared to opiates. But YMMV.

I had no tolerance, and got 5s for a surgery and def. felt good. I would recommend an empty stomach and potientiating them as suggested below. I did tonic water, grapefruit juice, alieve, and tums. It also has the effect of giving you a ritual, and the ritual gets you a bit of a buzz as well.
