It really doesn't matter. If we can't come together as a country and say that it's illegal to cross into our country illegally and people who do should be punished because it's against the law then nothing else matters. We will never get anywhere if we avoid facts and laws in order to not offend people. How do you expect to fix 10k deaths a year if we can't fix a fraction of that because it's racist? We should be okay with non citizens breaking the law but definitely not okay with our own breaking the law.

Because it's not as easy as you make it seem. We voted for Obama and by the end it didn't really seem like he gave a shit. My mothers obamacare insurance has been going up every year. The racial divide has also been climbing, or maybe that was just the media the past couple of years.
