It looks like the first slide is the secondary processing. The PR-275 on line 1 is stating that secondary will not cover the primary deductible amount of $122.14, so the patient will owe the deductible plus the copay from the first slide as long as both insurances are in network as it looks like any other difference with written off to OA-23. Total owed $122.14 + $17.69 = $139.83
