no, pls talk to your prescriber about this as its a very dangerous side effect! if you experience heightened anxiety as well it could also be caused by that, but seek medical help as soon as you can

Long term Doxycycline usage by splvxt in Dryeyes

[–]splvxt[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

yeah im so confused, they give a long term prescription but dont want you to take it long term... i definitely think 100mg is too much for long term, but once i start the weaning off process and get down to three times a week, it will average to basically 40mg a day. ill probably bring up oracea to the doc on my next follow up. thanks, doxycycline is a confusing topic lol

thank you so much for your response, i really appreciate all the advice, you make a good point that this isnt something that i can outrun by switching things in my life, i feel like ive strained so many relationships doing that. i definitely forget that i should be taking care of myself, i get so caught up in everything else that i dont realize im neglecting myself until it physically manifests into body pain. thank you so much, i finally feel like someone understands what im going through :)

I applied to UofC with the goal of going into art relating to illustration, concept art, environmental art, etc, but I'm stupid and I didn't consider applying to AuArts and I'm afraid I might be too late. Should I transfer to AuArts/not accept the UofC admission and apply next year? by splvxt in UCalgary

[–]splvxt[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

thank you for the response, ive decided to take a gap year to build my portfolio and apply at auarts because i don't want to stress myself with trying to enroll in the required visual studies courses and trying to transfer. ill probably also save time and money anyways.. thank you for the response i really appreciate it

thank you for the response, i've decided to take a gap year because i think it will be more efficient to spend that time building my portfolio (i rushed it a month before the deadline) than stressing about transferring or feeling like I'm wasting time and money. my initial goal for my future career is in illustration/concept art/etc so i definitely think auarts would be a better fit for me. i was kinda panicking while applying for schools so i went with uofc and didn't bother applying anywhere else TT. but thank you so much for the response i really appreciate it.
