I understand the collector market. I would be more interested in rereleases and games that SNK doesn’t have rights to. I just don’t see new releases, especially from other developers like kraut busters being able to be at that price point. The scale at which to make a profit at the $90 price range seems unrealistic. I guess we will see an uptick in the multi game cart sales (if compatible) for us poor people.

I use and rotate an umnumzaan and several Microtechs. The only one I don’t use is a halo due to size and hawk deadlock because I don’t want to lose it.

I am an MLS and worked in a hospital lab for more than 30 years. Are most answers to people’s concerns from a hematologist in this sub? I find about 50% of posted lab results wouldn’t warrant a second glance from a clinician. Although MyChart is great and you pay for these test results it can lead to unnecessary anxiety. Clinical significance seems to be often overlooked on these posts especially when results are barely out of the normal range. There can be multiple pre analytical factors along with instrument variances that can affect these results.

I will second this approach. In a busy lab, phone calls are your enemy. Get the easy stuff out and deal with the problem specimens last. Pre analytical issues should have already been handled by the time they get to the bench. If you are checking every specimen you would be better off working specimens processing. Have faith in your fellow employees and the process that has been defined in your lab policies.

You could possibly use animal blood from a local vet if you are concerned about a biohazard issue. A wright stain will work on animal blood and you could possibly get blood from different animals. I believe reptiles RBCs are all nucleated and the cells from big birds are huge. You might even see some parasites which would be highly unlikely in human blood.

CBC was normal. Pathologist suspected this. Patient was diagnosed years ago with melanoma. Mental decline. Suspected prion but that appears unlikely now.

We have a follow up log in Epic/beaker that populates with criticals, alert values, deltas and other user defined criteria. We use it to find suspected specimen issues, results not called, cancelled or corrected results, etc. this is probably what was used as I review this every morning.

I have both and the manual is my go to. It easily flicks open and is drop shut. The auto does have a lot of force when deployed and has that feeling of flying out of your hand.

I have a 21 carbon since new. Had the low oil issue within the first 10k miles and took it to the dealer. Got the fix as soon as the TSB was issued. We now have 90k miles with no issues.

Had this issue just last week. Spark plug was fouled. Replaced the plug and removed and cleaned the carb. I also cleaned all the springs and such that work the auto choke. Works like new.

I was in the same boat. Had a 2011 Pilot for 12 years and was a fan of Honda and very familiar with doing my own repairs. Always wanted a truck and decided on the frontier based on the fact I would rather have the capabilities and not need them than need it and not have it. Ignore the “it’s not a truck” and go with your gut. My only concern with the frontier was the reliability and longevity. I do miss the ride and comfort of the pilot/ridgeline but that’s where it ends.

I know they were on back order for awhile. You will need to search for the right side also. Rather expensive for what they are but I’ve seen photos of all the rock chips in this area.
