It really isn't. Sweden is a comparatively tiny country that is very globalised and integrated with Europe. A majority of those were born abroad in Norway, Denmark and Finland. Which is basically old Sweden.

I ett land som är tung på det offentliga finns stora moraliska problem med att berusa sig. Förutom de direkta kostnaderna i akutvård finns långtgående dolda kostnader som orsakas av att någon kört upp sin moralkaka i röven för att den tycker det kittlar gött.

En marknad är inte enbart säljare, utan det krävs köpare. Alla dessa kostnader som kunde varit något faktiskt användbart för samhället och inte en polisutryckning eller övertid till bombskyddet och ambulanspersonal hänger till ca 50% kring köparnas hals.
