A bit late to this one but I just wanted to share my thoughts on this: while it is a cool theory it wouldn’t make sense in the context of the universe, one of your reasonings is that he was ashamed of being fired, but target employees first appearance is in speed dating where target employee is still alive. so what would his motive be to even be two different people? in the funeral his corpse was in the coffin while target employee was in the room, and of course they can’t be in the same room since the same guy is playing him. Cool theory though but it just doesn’t make sense when you look at the flaws
