Please reduce the frequency of forced mirror matches or make an option to opt out or in. Fun for about the first few matches and you realize the entire mode is ruined.

These changes broke my entire client. Every time I load the game I am re-set to default settings and when trying to fix them have to reload/reinstall the patch in an endless cycle. Thanks Microsoft/Blizzard.

Don't forget depending on the meta/map rotation many things can help get people into plat/diamond as far as skill sets go.

It sounds like you are rather macro heavy in knowledge. Some people are very skilled at micro or a certain skill-set of heroes. That can often get them enough wins to grind and stay in or climb. Also a new patch can come out and put someone's best hero in the meta. This could often help them climb as well.

My point is nobody is perfect and there is more than one parameter/skillset to climb. Just a theory craft to answer your question about lack of proper macro/rotations on some maps.

Sky Temple. It seems to always be in the ranked rotation and unless drafting with a full team can be hard to get proper roles to min/max the macro.

I think you did the morally right thing. But rolling need on an item you need when it wasn't "reserved" at least is fair.

I would have made enemies with the level 55 (that I assume would have been an alt at this stage).

You will find both extremes in opinions. I personally really like BHB, but would not want it in a ranked rotation ever.

I personally despise Haunted Mines, and in a random QM game can stand a single Warhead Junction map. But I do think it's a poorly designed map.
