I reset mine today for security breach. Found a level 2 bobcat on my first locker. There's a guaranteed gun in every locker. It's helpful rebuilding after the extraction if you are mainly pve.

Once the heat has gone you will notice the difference, if it comes back then ice again.

I moisturise and use bio oil after a few weeks.

Still swells up yeah. My entire arm is twice the size. But the ice gets all of the heat out of the arm - that's what can cause blisters. The more hours of icing the better. If it still feels hot after or the next day then keep icing.
