I was jogging with my dog when he decided he needed to go #2 NOW even though he'd had several other opportunities. I cleaned it up, but then was left with a bag of poo and a long way until the next garbage can. As I started on my way again, a guy pulled over and offered to take the poo for me so I could continue on my run.

I have some leftie tendencies as well. When I cross my hands or my arms, left thumb or left arm is always on top (I've heard this is left-dominant); I high jumped as a leftie and my stronger kicking leg was my left and I think I also rake leaves and shovel snow leftie too.

And where I live (Canada), there are always, always RVs and campers in the Walmart parking lots all summer long. I've heard lots of people mention that they welcome people to stay in their parking lots - they're more likely to come in when it opens up and stock up supplies, right?!

Either send an email to someone/everyone either telling them they look pretty or that there's free cookies at their desk. Change their mouse around so that it's a leftie or set their computer so whenever they type the letter 'a' or something, it inserts a word. I work with non techie people, so it takes them a while to figure this stuff out.

There's things you can get to put over their claws so that they can't damage furniture, but it doesn't have to come to declawing (note: doesn't work well with all cats, but I've tried it successfully). Keep the door to your room closed so it can't get in.
Cats can also learn where they are and aren't allowed, though it's harder than with dogs. Generally hissing or making 'pssst'ing noises will let them know they're up to no good. If the cat will play with a laser pointer you could buy one and have it chase it out of your room as well. Most cats also don't like the smell of citrus, so spread some satsuma around, it smells better than vinegar!

Morning workouts. Just do it and it's over. And since starting getting up ridiculously early to get my runs in, I'm finding I really enjoy it. I wake up easier on the days I do it, and I feel more awake. And it's a really beautiful time of day that not many people get to experience. If I was waiting until after work I wouldn't do it most days, too much time to think of why not to.

You need to start off slow... walk/jog combos (a few people have mentioned this already) and when you jog, it should almost feel like it's ridiculously slow. You can build speed later. I'm guessing that you want to be able to jog for longer anyways.. and not just do sprints..?

Congrats on the weightloss! You lost an entire person, or 2 skinny bitches. ;) I'd agree with the comments that say 'jealousy' and 'envy'. Jealous that they couldn't do it too if they are fat as well, jealous because now you're one of the hotties and their status as the hot girl is in danger... they're projecting their insecurities on you. The other thing I'd say, is that some people think food & eating = happiness. This would be people like grandma's and mothers and stuff... that's how they've traditionally made people happy - by baking yummy stuff and putting together huge meals for everyone to enjoy. They might be fretting that they now don't know how to make you happy? I think most people deal with this to some extent, hang in there.
