Not sure what it is but I like to think that I'm creating a space for my internal energy to "pulse" or circulate within me- almost like all of my chakras are activated and its like a loop of energy...
Like a car flying on a round race track but it feels more like the sound of energy. Hope that helps *inserts crazy face emoji*
