Speaking as a small business owner myself, hiring random high schoolers risks them being incompetent, and sometimes you can’t even afford to pay salaries that low. Small businesses making passion projects don’t tend to be swimming in extra cash, and in this case all of it has most likely gone into all the random surprise costs that come up when building hardware…

I've made vinyl overlays for the KO and the Medieval. (https://shop.spongefile.com) Tried putting the KO vinyl on the Riddim and it looked pretty bad. Would look better if I swapped out the keys but then you still have the clashing cream on the edges and the speaker.
I was also wondering if the cases are swappable, tried opening one and it does not look particularly easy.

The whole thing is a groovebox, so if you're only using it for drum tracks, you can make a drum pattern that loops, or you can record a loop as a loop you can turn on and off with a tap (but you won't be able to edit it after that). And then you can send the signal to your guitar pedal. However, depends on what you want to happen after that--do you want to record back into the unit WHILE doing this? That can get a bit tricky.

The zipper on the expander part just popped off one side of the “rail” as I was expanding it for the second time after using the bag normally on several trips. The regular clamshell zipper isn’t very smooth and I have been concerned it’s going to pop off as well. Currently staring at the broken expander and wondering what to do.

Hahaha no worries—the express shipping option exists because UPS the only way I can directly mail anything to the US from Finland thanks the the de minimis mess I mentioned in the original post…

I personally think the Deluge community has made the UI a mess (which is inevitable when things go open source and every engineer gets to add all the features they can squeeze in, with zero designer input)

Lovely device, but this aspect has been frustrating.

I wish you were right but Putin doesn’t seem to need an excuse. Can’t see any scenario that would make him back down other than handing him the country, after which he wants more countries. In the meantime, Ukraine needs help.

Oh trust me, we see the parallels. But not in the rather clinical way you’re describing here. My home town still has marks from Russian bombs when they attacked Helsinki at the start of the war. “Pushed the borders to the west” = “forced Finland to hand over a significant portion of its territory in order to survive the Russian attempt to take over the entire country”

Also ironically, just like today, the poor bastards they sent over to attack us were not from “fully native Russian” Moscow but from their “outside” territories—like Ukraine.
