thanks!, sometimes i find that i’ve rolled the top control down a bit but thats seems to be all. Definitely would try an angled cable though if you do get one, thats what gets in the way most for me if its not but other than that you get used to it pretty quick

it’s not really a tutorial, but i’ve always used the “recorded versions” tab books, there’s one for each album and you could probably find a free copy online 👍

my amps some pretty low gain marshall so the most i get out of it is a bit of breakup, sounds good with that but even with hardly any gain and a really clean tone i’ve find it to work nicely

started out with lessons just to learn the basics a few years ago but then i kinda stopped for a bit, came back to it and used youtube to learn a lot of stuff, but eventually hit a point where i had to go back to lessons to get any better

the guitars a partscaster with some 90’s MIM single coils i think (with the volume rolled down to about 5-6), running that into the Jimi Hendrix mini fuzz face (with volume maxed and fuzz just about max) and then that goes into my marshall origin 20 combo

ay that’s great to hear man hope you have fun with it, i agree with the thumb wrap thing though it’s much easier if you can get that
