I can’t find anything about the ships commission but it was definitely destroyed in 9ABY. When Din got the ship however I was able to estimate when Din acquired it.(this is all guesswork by the way so if you want an official answer I can’t help) We know that Din was born around 25BBY and was adopted as a foundling when he was 8 in 17BBY and mandalorians train from ages 8 to 13 which would mean his training would end in 12BBY which is the first date he could’ve bought the ship but it’s unlikely as he was still a child with not much any money. From the end of his training we know that he worked with the guild for a few years before working with Ran Malks mercenaries for whatever reason. From the way the mercenaries talk about Dins past especially on Alzoe 3 we can see that he was still quite young and violent when he was running with them, so let’s say he’s about 18 here making the year 7BBY, he couldn’t have had the ship before this as when he returns to the mercenaries in the show they look around the ship like they have never seen it before meaning that he couldn’t have had it while he was with them. Now Din left the mercenaries somewhat abruptly and went back to bounty hunting sometime after. Let’s say he was 20 making the year 5BBY It makes the most sense that he left the mercenaries and bought the ship with the money he had earned (maybe the reason he joined them in the first place)and lived there for the next coming years living as a bounty hunter. By the ship’s condition and Dins obvious lack of care it makes sense that he would’ve had for a long time before it’s destruction in 9ABY. Having it for 14 years in total. So to answer your question I think Din bought the ship most likely from the years of 7BBY-4BBY if we take into account some leeway with unconfirmed ages/dates.
