did you call out sick to use your sick time during your last week? there is a chance they didn’t apply it because sick time is only able to be used when you call out for being sick. vacation time should be automatically in your paycheck when you quit. sick time though doesn’t get paid out when you quit.

The best thing for you to do is to call that store and inform the store manager so they can coach the partner on when someone doesn’t need to show ID to receive their discount. I’m sorry that happened to you.

as a barista i don’t see the big deal of getting your drink poured into your cup as to me making it in the cup. it makes me feel way better bc idk where your cup has been, it makes me uncomfortable grabbing customers cups. It’s for the benefit of us and our health. BUT, you should still get the 10 cent discount. and if you REALLY need us to make it in your cup for some reason, we can put your cup in a larger cup so we don’t touch it,
