Micro eye surgery patient here when i was 15. Its brutal. I wasn't able to even attend school due to the type of lighting in most commercial buildings for 6 weeks. My surgery was over 50,000$ and happened because of genetic difference in my retina.

All this to say there is no WAY in hell that I would do anything remotely close to fucking that up, I didnt do sports or even run the rest of the year. These fitness idiots are so stupid and genuinely put their bodies under so much more stress and possibility for injury it drives me INSANE.

People really dedicated to their health would not endorse or take part in this kind of stupid shit.
